Covered Locations:

* NCR

* Cavite

* Laguna

* Bulacan

* Pampanga

* Other locations outside these areas (may be endorsed to external partner service)


Professional service rate depends on the location and property type to be appraised. Locations outside the immediate vicinity of NCR may be charged of a minimal premium from added transportation cost.

Appraisal report package shall include one (1) signed hard copy, one (1) digital copy, and a follow-up market brief summary report update after six (6) months from the date of appraisal (only to be upon issued special request of the client).
