My humble beginnings started when I first fell in love with the amazing industry of real estate. Growing up, my Mom and Dad – both former housing and memorial park salespersons – used to tag me along in their field activities and site manning schedules. It was hot under the sun all at the same time but I remembered it being so fun and was inducing my curiosity. I witnessed land get developed into different fascinating housing communities, just right above those that used to be vast empty lifeless grasslands. I also witnessed the passion and nobility that my parents took pride in their work back when they helped start-up families build their dream homes or even when they aided in providing comfortable final resting memorial sanctuary for clients.
Fast forward, I got to appreciate these undertakings more as I decided to dwell in the profession. I got to discern the vital economic impact of developing idle lands into business districts and mixed-used township communities to build a more sustainable and progressive society across respective geographic locations. I realized that I would love to be a part of those socioeconomic catalysts of change specifically in the real estate arena.
On a more personal note, it’s a blithe feeling to be of hands-on service to those folks and families who would love to move into their first home; those who want to secure returns on investment from flipping properties; those who need to expand and upgrade their commercial business address to central business districts, and the likes. That kind of privilege is beyond any monetary fulfillment.
